10:45 - 11:00 Morning Coffee Break

11:00 - 12:45 Session TWO

12:45 - 1:45 Lunch including Chocolate Fountain tasting and dipping

1:45 - 2:45 - Session THREE

2:45 - 3:00 - Afternoon Tea

3:00 - 4:00 - Session FOUR
4:00 - 5:00 - Session FIVE

5:00 - one-to-one initial sessions
